Help with Roman Shades

Hi! I am new to this blog! I have a good amount of sewing experience, and I am wanting to make some roman shades for my baby's nursery who is due is 4 weeks. I have cut out one of the shades, and need to get some of the hardware, but I am very intimidated on this project. I have never made curtains. I make mostly clothing and quilts. If there is anyone who has experience with roman shades and is willing to 'help a sister out' can you contact me? I would love to have one up and done before he is born.
