FYI we are having a book club meeting tomorrow night (12/15/11) at 7:30 PM discussing "Snow Flower and the Secret Fan" by Lisa See. I'm not 100% sure of the location so I will confirm in the morning and send out one more annoying email to let you all know.
Also, don't forget about the service project afterwards starting around 9 PM making "blessing bags". Refer to the Ventana blog for more info.
One more thing- do you have a Newberry book/prizewinning piece of literature that you LOVE? We need some recommendations for next month's book selection- something you've read yourself and can vouch for it's content.
