Hi. I'm new to the ward and am needing to find a free peschool for my 4 year old. I am a single mom with very low income and just need some ideas. I am going to be going to school and working. Thanks!

I am not sure about free preschools - we're new to the area too, but maybe some of the ones in the area would be set up to do that on a case-by-case basis. It's worth calling at least. We're going to Paradise Hills Community Preschool this fall. I know there is also a Lutheran preschool nearby - Cross of Hope? I know some of the elementary schools have preschools and head-start programs that might be worth looking into as well. I think there are also a few in the ward who do joy school and/or a co-op kind of thing. Hopefully they'll see your post and comment. Good luck, and welcome to the ward!
ReplyDeleteThank you so much!! I have checked the elementary school and the city of Albuquerque and there is nothing in our area. I will check with the ones you mentioned here.
ReplyDeleteI think there is a deal at Petroglyph Elementary School. I could be wrong, but you should at least check. Good luck!
