PULTE GROUP - ROOF WARRANTY INFORMATION

I don't know if everyone received this email from the VRW homeowners association, so I am posting it as a reference. I don't own a Pulte home, but I have shown some that have severe roof leak issues in VRW. I am pleasantly surprised to see Pulte take responsibility for this problem.

PULTE GROUP - ROOF WARRANTY INFORMATION

For those VRW Residents that own a Pulte Group Home and have concerns about your roofing, you may schedule an appointment with Pulte Warranty Agent. The email address is NMXCustomerSvc@Pulte.com <mailto:NMXCustomerSvc@Pulte.com> or the area Representative in Albuquerque is Jacky Walker 505-341-8548. Below is additional information received from Pulte Group regarding the Warranty Inspection/Emergency/Longevity process:

New Mexico Residents: Please e-mail us with your availability according to the Region you are in. A Warranty Agent will confirm all scheduled appointments. Please allow 1-2 business days for a response. Please note if this is after hours and you have one of the emergencies listed below please call 505-761-9606 option 1 for assistance.

The warranty process begins with an inspection from our field representatives for your warranty items. This appointment will be available according to your designated regions warranty schedule. The service appointment will be set the following week on the same designated day for all inspected items found warrantable. Inspections and scheduled work will be scheduled 8-12 P.M. or 12-4 P.M. time frames on the specific day designated for your regional area.

Please note scheduling on a specific day for your area ensures a more efficient service to meet your homes needs.

Monday: Santa Fe (for the first year following closing)
Tuesday: Santa Fe (beyond one year after closing)
Wednesday: Alegria, Sagewood, Loma Encantado, Loma Colorado (for the first year following closing)
Thursday: Cabezon, Camino Crossing, Toscana, Ventana Ranch, Storm Cloud, Loma Colorado (beyond one year after closing)
Friday: Fiesta, Huning Ranch, Presidio

Any communities not listed will be scheduled with the closest regional area.

Colorado, Utah, and New Mexico Residents: Emergencies

Emergencies can and will happen and PulteGroup is here for our customers. Emergencies are classified as concerns that are life threatening or resulting in a residence being inhabitable. Please note the following are considered an emergency per your warranty coverage:

Total Loss of Cooling outside temp >90 degrees*

 Total Loss of Heating outside temp <60 degrees*

*not emergency if only 1 of 2 units is functioning

 Gas Leak

 Water leak of a supply line inside the home requiring main water shut off

 Total Stoppage and back –up of plumbing sewer system * within 30 days of closing

 Total loss of electrical service or hazardous exposure to electricity

The following are not considered emergencies as they can only be addressed during normal business hours.

Roof Leaks (we can only send roofers under safe weather conditions)

Garage Door Concerns

Plumbing leaks that do not require the main water to be shut off

Appliances

Irrigation Leaks

If you do have a leak please take measures to negate damages until service is available.
